I used this blog to tell stories for the better part of a year. I would usually spend all week long putting together something to write on Wednesday afternoons, and then use most of those afternoons to write about who we are and what we’re doing. Here lately, I’ve been doing a pretty poor job of keeping that alive. 

I blame the boy. 

It is an interesting phenomena, raising children. Life is by no means boring, and yet the stories, well, they get less and less relevant to anyone who isn’t an immediate part of the family. Also, time. Kids eat time like animal crackers. 

Which Oliver is now asking for constantly. 

We are going to be gone a bunch this month, so I don’t know how often I’ll be able to update this site, even with posts as long an interesting as this one. The hope is, someday soon, we will be updating from across the sea, with newer and far more interesting stories to tell.
